Folks, breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. No joke, I’m that person who literally looks forward to breakfast when I’m in bed the night before!
While my go-to on busy mornings is usually just toast, coffee and a banana, I’ve been pushing myself to wake up 30 minutes earlier and make a proper nutritious and wholesome breakfast.

-1 cup of The Detox
-1 handful of spinach or 1 teaspoon of Greens powder
-1 teaspoon chlorhella or spirulina
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-Vanilla protein of choice
Super easy! Mix ’em all together, blend on high and add water if too thick.
